Denise Richards says she and ex-husband Charlie Sheen have finally put their differences behind them, for the sake of their young children.
The actress - who has two daughters, Sami, three, and two-year-old Lola with Charlie - admits the pair's constant arguing was having a negative affect on the girls.
Denise, who split from the actor when she was six months pregnant with Lola, told Britain's OK! magazine: "Charlie and I had to go through a bunch of s**t to get to the place where we're at now. But we can call each other and say, 'Look, I'm sorry, let's focus on the kids.' It's important to us both to do that.
"I really fell in love with Charlie the man, not the bad boy. I had a desire to stay married to him forever. It just didn't work, but I learned a lot."
Despite her failed marriage, Denise - who recently split from Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora - hasn't ruled out tying the knot again.
She said: "I would love to be a wife and have a family. I would love to have more kids. I still believe in marriage, so yes, I would get married again."
