David Beckham's Security Fears

David Beckham's security will be tightened to protect him from death threats when he moves to Los Angeles.

Concerns that the soccer star - who moves Stateside in the summer after signing a deal with Los Angeles Galaxy - could become a target for criminals have resulted in heightened safety precautions.

"Security is the Beckhams' top priority. They'll cut absolutely no corners on this subject. Only the best will do, and then some.

"Los Angeles Galaxy have paid a lot of money for David. They will do everything to protect their asset."

David's new bosses are taking steps to ensure the stadium where he plays is ultra-secure. Metal detectors are being installed at every entrance.
